She should be able to think of a way to ensure that mishaps will be solved. She should also be able to provide a variety of options to the couple in case these incidents occur.

Ultimately, the person should have the passion for weddings. She should show interest in all the particulars of the nuptials. Her passion and dedication for her work should be able to drive this ceremony into its success.
